Refund Policy

 At Sustainable Sparkle Cleaning Services, we take pride in delivering quality cleaning services and making sure our clients are happy with the results.

However, due to the nature of our business and the time and labor involved, we do not offer full refunds on any cleaning services.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with a service you’ve received, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We’ll gladly return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are not available.

• If you cancel a service with proper notice (as outlined in our cancellation policy), you may be eligible for a credit toward a future service or a partial refund (minus any applicable cancellation fees).

• If we arrive and are unable to perform the service due to access issues or inaccurate information about the home’s condition, a service call fee or partial charge will still apply to cover our time and travel.

Non-Refundable Situations

• No refunds for dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours.

• No refunds for services already performed in full.

• No refunds for cancellations made outside of our allowed cancellation window.
